We’re excited to take great care of your vehicle! Before we get started, here are a few things to know so we’re all on the same page:

  1. We treat every car like our own


    Our team always works carefully and respectfully. That said, we can’t be responsible for any pre-existing damage (like scratches, chips, faded paint, rust, or worn materials) that might become more noticeable after a deep clean.

  2. Please clear out your personal items (and heads up about pet hair)


    We recommend removing any valuables and personal belongings before we start. We’re focused on detailing — not responsible for lost or damaged items left behind in the car.

    If your vehicle has excessive pet hair inside, a $50 additional fee will apply due to the extra time and effort required for proper removal.

  3. We’ll always do our best — but no magic wands

    Some stains, scratches, and imperfections might be permanent or tough to remove, especially on older surfaces. We’ll work hard to get your vehicle looking as close to like new as possible, but we can’t promise perfection in every case.

  4. Weather happens


    Since we’re a mobile service, bad weather can sometimes get in the way. If we need to reschedule, we’ll contact you quickly to find a better day.

  5. Payments & Cancellations


    Payment is due when we finish up (unless we’ve agreed otherwise). If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will require a 25% fee assessed.

  6. If there’s a problem, tell us fast


    If you notice something you’re concerned about after our service, please let us know within 24 hours. We want to make things right when we can.
